Who We've Helped

2019 Paradise California Fire Refugees

Because of the loss of Krysti's childhood town, in Paradise, CA, due to the fire in 2018, Stitching Hearts Worldwide has made a continuing effort of sending quilts and other supplies to her hometown.  In 2019 we partnered with Stewart's RV in American Fork, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Humanitarian department, Magalia Community Church, and other agencies to provide RV's, quilts, batting,  and sewing machines to residents affected by this tragedy.

We sent a delivery of an RV packed with 300 quilts during Thanksgiving break 2019 with some gracious friends.  Krysti went out over Christmas break to make a final delivery for 2019.  She spent two days with our new partners at the Magalia Community Church and saw first hand the sorrow, hurt, and despair that the residents of this town still feel. They were so grateful for the beautiful quilts that were lovingly created and donated to them.

Through our partnership with Lifting Hands International, Stitching Hearts Worldwide has helped provide quilts, sleeping mats, dolls, backpacks, educational games, toys and newborn baby items for shipments to Jordan, Lebanon, Somalia, and Bangladesh in 2018-2019.

Guatemalan Volcano Victims

In July 2018 Stitching Hearts International sent a shipment of quilts, sleeping mats, dolls, medical supplies, and bags to Escuitla, Guatemala for residents displaced by the volcano eruption.

2018 Paradise California Campaign

Stitching Hearts Worldwide's founder, Krysti, had her childhood home destroyed in the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA. During November/December of 2018 we held multiple quilting bees and service events and sent over 300 quilts, along with other supplies just before Christmas.

Providing Service Opportunities

Stitching Hearts Worldwide (SHW) is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit government recognized entity as of August 2019!  You can now donate directly to our organization and receive a tax credit.

We enable everyone to give meaningful service wherever you are.  Your generous donations provide the equipment and materials to make humanitarian relief items that are sent to people displaced from their homes due to fire, natural disasters, and political unrest around the world.

Your contributions help us replace our relief materials, fund special humanitarian relief projects, and provide service events for those who can not pay.  All donors will receive a EIN # for tax exemption purposes.

Thank you for working with us to make a difference for people at home and abroad!
