Annelise Brown, Board Chair
Annelise Brown is a wife, a mother to four amazing, and handsome boys, a business executive and has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Along side being a stay at home mom for many years, she has always had a side hustle. From hair stylist to wedding planner, she has continually looked for ways to use her creativity and help others.
​
In 2010 she started her own multi-million dollar jewelry company from the ground up. She designed and sold hundreds of pieces of jewelry around the world, while being CEO and wearing many of the hats required in building a company. She eventually sold the company a few years back. Annelise currently works as a marketing executive for Youngevity International where she's been for the past several years
​
Annelise was born in New York City and grew up in Provo, Utah. She attended both Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University where she was a Music, Dance, & Theater Major. Throughout the years she has lived in Colorado, Texas and Iowa and she currently resides in Utah Valley with her family.
Annelise has served in many leadership positions for her church. She loves people and believes at her core that serving and lifting others is the most important thing we can do. She finds the most joy in meaningful relationships and leaving others better than she finds them.

Annelise is honored to be serving with Stitching Hearts and is grateful for the opportunity to help make a difference in the world.

Mark Einerson, Board Member
Mark lives in Pleasant Grove, Utah where he graduated from High School
back in 1966. He attended Brigham Young University and Utah Technical
College and graduated with an Associate's degree in Business and Marketing
Management. He served as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Western State Mission (Colorado and New
Mexico).

Mark served 6 years as supply quartermaster in an artillery unit in the Army
National Guard from 1972-1978. Mark has had many types of jobs from mowing lawns, farm duties, and picking fruit to work in construction. After
marrying Shauna Adamson in 1972 he began working in banking where he
remained until 2008 when he retired after 35 years. During that period he held
numerous positions and job titles from teller to eventually Executive Vice
President.

Mark enjoys walking, hiking, dancing, all the arts and music of all kinds. He
really enjoys road trips, back road sightseeing, hunting, fishing, and camping..
He's retired but works without pay part-time in his son's cabinet business and
volunteers in church and other civic organizations when opportunities present
themselves.
Richard Whitehead, Board Member
With over 20 years' experience in the software industry, Richard has worked in a variety of global roles, including Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Product Management. He has worked in many technology areas, including software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, identity and access management operating systems, and systems management. He has held senior positions for NetIQ, Novell, Citrix, Franklin Covey, and is currently Head of Product Marketing at Adobe. Richard is a graduate of Engineering from Brigham Young University, has an MBA from Quantic, is a recognized public speaker, and has authored many industry articles and books.

Devin Jensen, Board Member
Devin started working with Victor in 2011. While raising 5 children (3 from international adoptions), Devin served as a vice president of enterprise computing Americas and global operations; Altair promoted him to this position after 7 years of significant growth at companies including Boeing, Caterpillar, Chevron, Conoco, Exxon, Ford, GE, NASA and other large US government entities, universities such as Arizona, Washington, Indiana, and Pennsylvania, and weather customers. The division was unprofitable in 2011 and achieved profitability within one year and then consistently grew more than 30% every other year and 15% in the off years. Devin listens and enjoys relationships of mutual trust and benefit.

Adam Rampton, Board Member
Adam is a Managing Partner at Global Leader Group, a consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive by living and leading deliberately.
Combining his global experience and business expertise, Adam helps clients advance strategic priorities through leadership, talent, and organization. He excels at building long-term partnerships with clients, helping them create greater value for their most important stakeholders.
Adam has 20+ years results-focused, global experience partnering with leaders as a trusted advisor, both as in-house practitioner and external consultant. While at GE, Adam played a key role in talent and cultrue related aspects of the Genworth Financial IPO. He also led HR and cultural integration for a newly formed technology joint venture between GE Healthcare and a non-profit healthcare provider.
​
As a consultant, Adam helps clients around the globe increase leadership effectiveness and strategic HR impact. He's guided leaders through change initiatives, organization design, and HR transformation. Before joining Global Leader Group, Adam established and led the Middle East practice for Dave Ulrich's consulting firm, The RBL Group, growing it to more then 30% of global firm revenues.

Areas of expertise include: leadership development and executive coaching; organization design, culture, and transformation; team effectiveness; change management; and strategic HR.
​
Adam holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA from Brigham Young University. He is familiar with Spanish and proficient in Romanian. He and his sweeteart are huge proponents of homeschooling and global travel, with two kids in university and three teenagers at home. They have raised their family in the United States, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Canada. They currently call Utah, USA home.
Krista Andersen, Board Member
Dr. Krista Andersen is an entrepreneur with experience in healthcare administration, financial services, conflict resolution, mediation, and organizational leardership. She holds a Bachelopr's degree in Business Management, a Master's degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and a doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership. Her research includes workplace policies that support women's wellbeing, burnout prevention, the influence of self-care on work-life satisfaction the benefits of apologizing, and transformational leadership practices.
​
Krista is the founder and CEO of FIKSAL, an innovative software solution driving socially responsible communication inside and outside the workplace. She is passionate about creating spaces that promote personal responsibility, equality, respect, and oneness. Krista is a breast cancer survivor, patient advocate, and champion for personal advocacy in healthcare. She is married with a blended family of eight children and two dogs.
Alicia Preece, Executive Secretary
Alicia fell in love with Stitching Hearts Worldwide in 2018 with their youth
summer events. That first event was enough to encourage Alicia to get
involved by designing and managing the Stitching Hearts website, Facebook,
and other administrative projects.
​
Alicia was born and raised in the Provo/Orem area and graduated from UVU
with a BS in Information Systems and Administrative Management. She has
worked for the Mountainland Technical College for over 15 years teaching
Business Technology courses on campus and on-site with private companies
around Utah and Salt Lake Valley through the MTECH's Customized Training
program.

Alicia married Daniel Preece in 1999 and after 11 years in Orem they moved
their family to Pleasant Grove where they have resided the last 12 years. She
has 4 boys and 1 girl who keep her jumping. Alicia loves to exercise and spend her time outdoors, camping, hiking, and more recently snowshoeing. She has trained and competed in running, biking, and triathlon races around northern Utah. In what spare time she has, Alicia is an avid reader and manages the local elementary school's Take Home Reading Library.
Krysti Wright, Executive Director
Krysti Wright was raised in Paradise, California. She learned to sew from her mother, and gained a love for quilting by watching her grandmother as a very young girl. Krysti's father encouraged her to begin her love of service when he told her of a family who lost their home in a fire.
​
She attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where she met and married Victor Wright. They raised eight children and have 11 grandchildren. As a young mother, Krysti babysat children, sewed quilt tops for a local quilting shop, and started hand quilting for customers to help with their growing family.
Krysti has held leadership rolls in her local church. She loves learning and designing projects in creative ways. She enjoys sewing, quilting, drama, education, ballroom dance, and spending time with her family. She served for six years as secretary/treasure for her local chapter of Daughters of Utah Pioneer's and ran her own quilting business for over 25 years.
In 2016 Krysti founded Stitching Hearts Worldwide, allowing her to use many of her talents to serve others. She loves all the wonderful people she serves with and meets along this Stitching Hearts Worldwide journey!
